- Do not attach the electrodes to the larynx
- Do not place electrodes over the heart

- Never use while operating machinery or equipment
- Do not use in the vicinity of explosive or flammable air mixtures.
- Always switch the device off before attaching or removing the electrodes/probes.
- Do not use in cases of cervical cancer
- Do not use with metal implants in the application area
- Do not use in cases of severe local inflammation
- Do not use if using a metal-containing intrauterine device (IUD).
- Do not use in cases of severe sensory disturbances in the application area
- Do not use in cases of severe hemorrhoidal disease (when using a rectal probe)
- The device should only be used under medical supervision by individuals with pacemakers and during pregnancy (!).
- The device should not be used if the bladder overflows.
- The device must not be used in cases of cervical cancer, fistulas, or prolapsed uterus/vagina.
- The device must not be used in cases of vaginal or rectal infections.
- For hygiene reasons, the probe may only be used by one person.
- The device must not be used in cases of complete denervation of the pelvic floor.

Using the I-3000 is so easy - Just a few minutes a day for more safety & well-being

  • Connect the device to the probe

    Connect the probe to the pelvic floor trainer using the supplied black connection cable.

  • Insert probe

    Assume a comfortable position (e.g. with slightly bent legs) and carefully insert the probe.

  • Turn on the device

    Press and hold the ⏻ button for 1 second to turn on the device.

  • Select program

    Use ▼ and ▲ to select the appropriate of the 4 programs and confirm with the SET/SELECT button.

  • Select program duration

    Use ▼ and ▲ to select the program duration in minutes (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 and C=permanent) and confirm with the SET/SELECT button.

  • Adjust intensity (using the circle on the display)

    Use ▼ and ▲ to increase the intensity until a distinct muscle contraction is felt. The program starts as soon as the intensity is greater than 0 and the circular animation is displayed on the screen.
