TENS devices program overview
Programs for any TENS, EMS, massage and pelvic floor applications
With a TENS device, you can effectively relieve a variety of pain without having to resort to medication[1]. An EMS device is also integrated in our bestseller STIM-PRO X9. This allows muscles to be built up easily and in a targeted manner, as well as pelvic floor training.
With TENS you can fight many different types of pain, you can find the respective applications on our TENS application page. On our EMS training overview you will find the right exercises and electrode placement for the muscles you want to train.
If you have any further questions regarding our devices or their use, you can contact our trained specialist consultants by e-mail at customerservice@axion.shop or by telephone on +49 7152 - 353 911 - 0 .

P28 - EMS - endurance (well-trained)
- muscle recovery
- muscle relaxation
- moderate intensity
Depending on your personal preference, you can choose a relaxation program
P31 - P32 - Massage
- Each program consists of 3 different massage phases
- You can choose a massage program based on your personal preference
P33 - P37 - Pelvic floor stimulation
- Only in connection with a vaginal or rectal probe (not included)
- Noticeable but still pleasant contractions of the pelvic floor muscles
- Please use the programs alternately to avoid getting used to them
- To ensure optimal stimulation, the use of contact gel is recommended
- Session duration: The application for training the pelvic floor should not last longer than 20 minutes. Your body has to get used to the pelvic floor training, so we recommend that you take a day off in the first week
