In principle, you can use our website without providing any personal data about yourself. Each time you visit our website, the following data (access data) is collected anonymously and temporarily and stored in a log file on our provider's server until it is automatically deleted.

Duration of storage

The cookies transmit data to us as long as they are not deleted. As soon as the cookie has been deleted, the data is no longer transmitted. The data already transmitted will then be automatically deleted or saved further. From the moment the cookie is deleted, there is no longer any reference to the cookie ID, so that the data is then only available in anonymous form and no conclusions can be drawn about your person. The cookies are deleted as soon as your session is finished.

§ 9 Online Shop

On our website you have the opportunity to purchase products. You must provide your name, title, address, delivery address (if different from the billing address), e-mail address and - depending on the method of payment - your account details. You must also tell us whether you are a private or corporate customer. These mandatory fields are marked with an "*". Optionally, you can also enter your telephone number and your date of birth.

§ 10 Newsletter 

On our website you have the possibility to register for our newsletter. In these newsletters we will send you e-mails with advertising information.

The registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration and consent. As long as you do not confirm this, you will not receive a newsletter from us. The time of registration and confirmation as well as the IP address of the subscriber are stored as proof of registration for the newsletter.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING: 

We will initially use the e-mail address provided only to send you the registration confirmation. As soon as you have given your consent again in the double opt-in procedure, we will use the e-mail address you provided in the newsletter registration exclusively for sending you our newsletter.

Your consent in the context of the double opt-in procedure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 a DSGVO constitutes the legal basis for this storage of your e-mail address, the sending of the newsletter to your e-mail address and the analysis of your activities in relation to the newsletter. The newsletters are sent on our behalf by CleverReach or Mailjet - our service providers for sending newsletters. CleverReach/Mailjet therefore has access to the data processed in the newsletter. However, there is no transfer to third countries or international organisations.

This results in a protocol of mouse movements and clicks for the purpose of randomly sampling individual website visits and deriving potential improvements for the website.
