In principle, you can use our website without providing any personal data about yourself. Each time you visit our website, the following data (access data) is collected anonymously and temporarily and stored in a log file on our provider's server until it is automatically deleted.

Duration of data backup:

Your message will be transmitted via the e-mail provider we use and stored there. To secure your rights, we have concluded an order processing agreement with the recipient.


The personal data you provide when using the contact form will not be transferred by us to a third country or an international organisation.

Duration of storage

The cookies transmit data to us as long as they are not deleted. As soon as the cookie has been deleted, the data is no longer transmitted. The data already transmitted will then be automatically deleted or saved further. From the moment the cookie is deleted, there is no longer any reference to the cookie ID, so that the data is then only available in anonymous form and no conclusions can be drawn about your person. The cookies are deleted as soon as your session is finished.


You have the right at any time to object to the collection and processing of your personal data by Google Analytics. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, which will prevent the collection of your IP address and user behaviour. § 9 Online Shop

On our website you have the opportunity to purchase products. You must provide your name, title, address, delivery address (if different from the billing address), e-mail address and - depending on the method of payment - your account details. You must also tell us whether you are a private or corporate customer. These mandatory fields are marked with an "*". Optionally, you can also enter your telephone number and your date of birth.

You also have the possibility to save your data during the order process for further orders and to create a customer account, this simplifies the entry for further orders. Your order data will then be linked to your customer account. In addition to the above information, a password of your choice is required to create a customer account. However, you are under no obligation to create a customer account - neither legally nor contractually. Duration of storage

After complete completion of the contract the personal data will be stored, if necessary, for the purpose of tax and/or commercial retention periods, and deleted after the expiry of all applicable retention periods and if you have not given your consent to the storage of the data.


With regard to the consent given to the permanent storage of your data for your created customer account, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. However, this does not affect the storage of your data in order to comply with legal retention periods.


§ 10 Newsletter 

On our website you have the possibility to register for our newsletter. In these newsletters we will send you e-mails with advertising information.  

When registering for the newsletter, we collect and store your e-mail address and the appropriate title. You also have the opportunity to provide us with your name. Furthermore, the e-mails with the newsletter contain a so-called "web beacon", a small pixel-sized file that makes it possible to see if and when you open the newsletter and what content you click on. For this purpose, additional technical information about your browser, your terminal and your IP address is collected.

The registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration and consent. As long as you do not confirm this, you will not receive a newsletter from us. The time of registration and confirmation as well as the IP address of the subscriber are stored as proof of registration for the newsletter.


We will initially use the e-mail address provided only to send you the registration confirmation. As soon as you have given your consent again in the double opt-in procedure, we will use the e-mail address you provided in the newsletter registration exclusively for sending you our newsletter. 

The additional data collected during the registration process is also used to prevent misuse of the service or the e-mail address provided. The data that are processed on the basis of the web beacon serve the purpose of optimizing our newsletter. 



Your consent in the context of the double opt-in procedure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 a DSGVO constitutes the legal basis for this storage of your e-mail address, the sending of the newsletter to your e-mail address and the analysis of your activities in relation to the newsletter. By registering for the newsletter, you therefore consent to your e-mail address being used for these advertising purposes. We store your e-mail address (which you entered when ordering the newsletter) initially only as long as the activation link in the e-mail is active for the double opt-in procedure. This integration ensures that no connection is established with the servers of the provider of the respective social network when a page of our website containing such plug-ins is called up. Videos from YouTube are integrated into our website handheld's enhanced privacy mode. This means that none of your information will be collected and stored by YouTube unless you play the corresponding video.
