TENS to relieve stress headache

If those affected suffer from stress headaches, they usually complain of pain that wraps itself around the head like a band. This type of headache can be episodic or chronic. Episodic headaches last less than 15 days a month. The pain usually starts a few hours after waking up and gets worse as the day progresses. Chronic headaches last at least 15 days a month and are always present. With the TENS pain therapy you can relieve the pain. The pain stimulus is not transmitted by the electrical impulses of the TENS device.

TENS - Electrode placement to relieve stress headache

Tension headaches often come from the neck area. For pain treatment with a TENS device you can attach the electrode as shown in the picture. We recommend the electrode Ø 3.2 cm.
