The back consists of different muscles that can be trained separately with EMS. We recommend to plan 10 - 20 minutes per day for back training.

As a beginner you can use e.g. the EMS program P18 for large muscle groups from our  TENS EMS Combo Device STIM-PRO X9 to start with your back training. The best results can be achieved by using the set of electrodes against back pain. Alternatively, you can also use the electrodes 5 x 5 cm for smaller muscle groups on the back.
