Placement of the electrodes to strengthen the latissimus with an EMS training

The back consists of different muscles that can be trained separately with EMS. We recommend to plan 10 - 20 minutes per day for back training. 


As a beginner you can use e.g. the EMS program P18 for large muscle groups from our TENS EMS Combo Device STIM-PRO X9 to start with your back training. The best results can be achieved by using the set of electrodes to train back muscles. Alternatively, you can also use the electrodes 5 x 5 cm for smaller muscle groups on the back.
