Calf training with EMS
EMS devices and electrodes recommendations

EMS training of the calves
The stretching of the ankle, which is important for walking and running, is triggered by the contraction of the calf muscle. Shortened calf muscles impair mobility in the ankle joint of the foot. The foot can no longer be pulled fully upward during walking. This can lead to discomfort that can be prevented with strengthened muscles and calf training. With the right EMS device you can build and train the muscle group of your calf!
How to place EMS electrodes for training calf muscles
We recommend the calf electrodes for the application. Alternatively, you can also use the 4 x 4 cm electrodes or 10 x 5 cm electrodes.
In the video you can see the electrode placement for the calves. Also learn which programs of the EMS devices we recommend for strength training, endurance training and for building muscle mass.
